Uly'Castor Morzan is a land that floats above the sea, far to the west of the Khazan Main continent. It is a land that proclaims itself seperate from the rest of Khazan, and thus not ruled by the majority view of that which is right or just. Their laws differ from that of the rest of the Nexus, as does the structure of their very society. Their rulers, immortal, timeless, and mysterious, are those who are too few to rule a world, but all too capable of holding reign over a country despite any opposition, be it from the SLJ, the government, or the oppressed people. Their greed and ambition filters down into the nobles, who live in the Shining City, the place of prestige, while others in the netherregions are exposed to famine, hunger, and disease. It is a land where slavery is the accepted system. It is a land where rape is viewed as a means to increase population. It is a land where murder and deciet give way to power. It is a land where only a few are considered to be actual people, while the rest are to be used as property.
Here is the land that has disgusted all of the free world of Khazan, and yet for generations it has stood, unable to be changed by the ways of the greater world around it. But Uly'Castor Morzan is about to be home to a dramatic change. A wandering couple will come across this horrible land, taken as prisoners against their will, but they would find themselves in the position to spark a revolution unlike any that had ever occured in the histories of the floating country. The shining City becomes the center of a small war, and the immortals of the land stand ready to unleash their fury at those who would dare oppose them. This is the story of the fall of Uly'Castor Morzan, and of how a nation didn't need an army of superheroes, just a few good ones.
